Description

A Copyright Transfer Contract is a legal agreement where the creator or current copyright holder permanently transfers ownership of a creative work to another party. Unlike a license, which grants usage rights, a transfer conveys full ownership—including the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, and profit from the work.
